Single User Corporate Pricing

Multiple User Corporate Pricing

Users requiring multiple licenses may budget for their purchase using the following table. If you are interested in training and support as well as software licenses, review the corporate section for information on package deals from StatPoint.

When purchasing multiple seats, the total number of units consists of the number of standalone units plus the maximum number of concurrent users for each network edition purchased.

Maintenance Plans

Purchasers of new licenses or upgrades are entitled to telephone support for the first 90 days after purchase and e-mail support only thereafter. After the first 90 days, a Maintenance Support agreement may be purchased which includes continued telephone support as well as free upgrades to any new version released during the term of the agreement. Maintenance support plans are priced at 20% of the new license cost per annum.

Annual Licenses

For organizations that prefer to license software on an annual basis, annual licenses are available for networking or multi-user deployment, in increments of 5 users. The number of users may include both standalone and networked copies. Licenses include access to the Professional Edition of STATGRAPHICS Centurion for a period of 12 months, any new upgrades released during the license period, and telephone support throughout that period. Corporate Package Plans

StatPoint understands the complex requirements of many corporate buyers. They may need pricing by division, they may need to have every possible item on one purchase order, or they may need to roll the software out to their entire enterprise.

To address these myriad issues, StatPoint has put together a number of "standard" corporate packages, and also has contract specialists available to work out the details of corporate requirements that are company specific.

The StatPoint Single Purchase Order Plan includes a set number of software licenses, three days of technical training, and a premium support plan. Contact StatPoint with the number of licenses you require and we will deliver a quote the same business day.

The StatPoint Master Contract allows one division of a company to initiate a purchase, then other parts of the company can reference the Master Contract to receive the preferential pricing for volume purchases.

Enterprise requirements are reviewed by our contract specialists and StatPoint develops a package specific to your needs.

Academic Licenses (faculty and staff)

StatPoint is dedicated to making academic versions of the software available to students and faculty everywhere. To accomplish this goal, there are several academic pricing models available. To qualify for academic pricing, you must:

• Be currently affiliated with a degree-granting academic institution as a student, faculty member, or staff member. Please provide the official web site address of your institution.

• Provide us with your academic e-mail address at that institution.

• Provide proof of your current academic affiliation, such as a copy of a currently dated identification card, a website URL showing you as a faculty or staff member, a copy of your class schedule, or an invoice from your institution.

Student Licenses

In order to allow students to use STATGRAPHICS Centurion in their coursework, special prices are available to all registered students currently attending a qualified academic institution. Fixed-term licenses are offered for the full Professional Edition at the discounted rates shown below.

Students must provide proof of their attendance by faxing us a copy of a current student ID, class schedule, or tuition bill. After leaving the university, the price of the Student License may be applied toward the purchase of a Corporate license.

Academic Site Licenses

The StatPoint Academic Site License allows all eligible students, faculty and staff at an academic institution to use the software in their academic work. Priced at $5,000 for the first year and $1,000 per year thereafter, there is no limit on the number of users within that academic community. The software may be installed on both university-owned and personally-owned computers.

Purchase of an academic site license provides access to the full Multilingual Edition of STATGRAPHICS Centurion.
