As part of our goal of helping users get the most out of STATGRAPHICS, we have created a series of How-To Guides . Each of these guides covers a different topic and concentrates on analyzing the type of data that users need to deal with in practice. Since many statistics programs can handle data that satisfy all of the textbook assumptions, these guides look at more difficult cases where the features offered by STATGRAPHICS are particularly important.

Support Policy

Purchasers of perpetual licenses for Statgraphics are entitled to the following:

  1. Free e-mail support for all users of the current version and for users of the previous version until one year after a new version has been released.
  2. Free telephone support for the first 90 days after purchase of the software.
  3. Maintenance agreements which entitle users to continued telephone support beyond the first 90 days as well as all upgrades to new versions during the life of the agreement may be purchased for an annual fee equal to 20% of the retail cost of the software.
