International Association of Survey Statisticians - founded in 1973 as a section of the International Statistical Institute. It aims to promote the study and development of the theory and practice of sample surveys and censuses. It also aims to increase the interest in surveys and censuses among statisticians, among governments and the public in the different countries of the world.


International Biometric Society - an international society promoting the development and application of statistical and mathematical theory and methods in the biosciences, including agriculture, biomedical science and public health, ecology, environmental sciences, forestry, and allied disciplines.


International Chinese Statistical Association - a non-profit organization dedicated to educational, charitable, and scientific purposes. The Association was officially founded at the 1987 Joint Statistical Meetings in San Francisco, CA. The ICSA was registered in Delaware on August 8, 1988 as a non-profit organization. Its membership is open to all individuals and organizations in all statistics-related areas.


International Indian Statistical Association - a non-profit organization. Its objectives are: to promote education, research and application of statistics and probability throughout the world with a special emphasis on the Indian subcontinent; to foster the exchange of information and scholarly activities between various countries as well as among other national/international organizations for the development of Statistical Science; to serve the needs of young statisticians; to encourage cooperative efforts among members in education, research, industry and business.

Bernoulli Society for Mathematical Statistics and Probability - founded in 1975 as a Section of the International Statistical Institute (ISI).
