Users with perpetual licenses for a particular version of the software are entitled to receive maintenance updates of that same version free of charge. Updates to a newer version require purchase of an upgrade to the new version. 2. Users with perpetual licenses who have purchased a maintenance agreement are entitled to free updates of their current version and upgrades to new versions during the term of the maintenance agreement. 3. Users with annual licenses, including site licenses, are entitled to free updates of their current version and upgrades to new versions during the license period. # Maintenance Updates Maintenance updates are issued on a periodic basis to fix any reported defects and to add functionality that is regarded as too important to wait for the next version. ## Latest Updates **Statgraphics Centurion and Statgraphics sigma *express*** The latest builds of these programs are available in the [Download Center](https://www.statgraphics.com/download-center). If you are currently using an earlier build, download the latest build and run the indicated setup program. You do not need to remove any previous builds. All of your options and saved files will be retained. **Statgraphics *stratus*** The publicly available version accessed via the Internet is automatically updated when changes are made. If you have purchased a license to install the program on your own server, you will be notified when an update is available. **Statgraphics Web Services and STATBEANS** If you have purchased a license to install the program on your own server, you will be notified when an update is available.
