Update Policy
Our update policy is as follows:
1. Users with perpetual licenses for a particular version of the software are entitled to receive maintenance updates of that same version free of charge. Updates to a newer version require purchase of an upgrade to the new version.
2. Users with perpetual licenses who have purchased a maintenance agreement are entitled to free updates of their current version and upgrades to new versions during the term of the maintenance agreement.
3. Users with annual licenses, including site licenses, are entitled to free updates of their current version and upgrades to new versions during the license period.
